WHITEA offers you a “14-day product return and exchange guarantee” (excluding “non-returnable products”), allowing you to shop worry-free. As long as the item is intact, you only need to return it along with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund after deducting shipping costs and a 5% administrative fee, within 14 working days.
To use the return service, please note the following details:
1. Please indicate the reason for the return at the bottom of the invoice and include it in the return package.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging, but remember to remove the previous shipping label, or pack it in another sturdy new box.
3. Please email us at whiteahongkong@gmail.com to arrange the pickup for your return. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process: Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information, and address → Pickup will be arranged by logistics authorized by the store.
Exchange Policy: Exchanged items must be unused and free from damage caused by human factors; if the store has notified you, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box), otherwise exchanges will not be accepted.
